How long does it take to setup?

Our instant setup will provision your order instantly. Once your payment is approved by our system, your server will be created and you'll be emailed with details. Be sure to check your spam box if you can't seem to find the email. If you have any troubles, be sure to contact our support teams up above and they'll be sure to help you out.

If you still can't find your confirmation email after payment is approved, contact support to get that checked out.

How do I get port 19132?

You can get the port 19132 if you like. Be sure to choose "Dedicated IP" at checkout, or you'll end up with a random port.

The reason for this is that there can not be duplicate ports on the same IP. By selecting to have your own "Dedicated IP", you'll receive the default port as well.

Do you support the latest version?

We sure do! As soon as updates are available for our servers, we upgrade them right away! We keep our customers up to date in a smooth, seemless fashion.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my service later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like very easily. If you'd like to and are having difficulties, be sure to contact our support team to receive assistance on that right away.

Do I have to portforward?

Absolutely not! We take care of all of that server stuff for you. All you have to do is enter that IP and port you received in your Email.

Can I use my own Worlds?

Yes! You can use our built in FTP access through your control panel login, and upload/download your worlds. If you need help, just ask our support team and they'll get that done for you.
